Avison Young announced that the Sauter Multifamily Group, comprised of Principals Patrick Sauter, Art Carll-Tangora, and Steve Nosrat, based in the firm’s Las Vegas office closed the $15.4 million sale ($175,000 per unit) of Madison at Green Valley in Clark County, Nevada.

Located in the Green Valley North submarket in Henderson, Madison at Green Valley consists of 88 apartment units on just over 4 acres along Ramrod Avenue, with proximity to S. Mountain Vista Street and N Green Valley Parkway. Originally constructed in 1992, The asset provides a two-story garden-style apartment community featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of approximately 942 square feet. The property is situated near the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino and Galleria at Sunset.
