Alliance Residential Company Acquires Property for Prose Gainesville in Georgia

This new community will offer Hall County a new rental product at a manageable rate and will welcome new residents in the beginning of 2025.

Prose Gainesville is the newest of five Alliance Residential Company properties currently under construction or scheduled to break ground in Georgia.

Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, closed on 35 acres of land located at 900 Mountaintop Avenue in Gainesville, Georgia, for the development of Prose Gainesville, a 300-unit apartment community.

Prose Gainesville will feature one- and two-bedroom apartment home options ranging from 810 – 1,182 square feet. The finishes will include stainless steel appliances, dining sized kitchen islands, granite countertops, kitchen and linen pantries, walk-in closets, side-by-side washer and dryers and premium plank flooring throughout.

Community amenities will include a lush courtyard with grilling stations, a resort style pool, a clubroom with a catering kitchen and entertainment lounge, fitness center, business center and Luxer One package concierge.
