Located at 3440 Beltline Boulevard, it offers residents convenient access to retailers, restaurants, grocery stores and outdoor recreation areas such as Bass Lake Preserve, Wolfe Park, The Cedar Lake Regional Trail and the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes. Corsa also is next door to the Beltline Boulevard light rail station for the Metro Green Line Extension, which will connect downtown Minneapolis to the southwest suburbs.

The Opus Group has completed Corsa Apartments, a five-story, 250-unit multifamily development in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.

Leasing is now underway at Corsa Apartments for studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as live-work units. Residents started moving in October 27. Twenty five of the apartments are affordable to households earning 50% or less of the area median income.

“Corsa is a great new addition to this thriving neighborhood in St. Louis Park,” said Nick Murnane, vice president and general manager at Opus. “Residents will enjoy all that Corsa has to offer, in a neighborhood where you can walk to Steel Toe for a beer, walk to multiple grocery stores and visit many great restaurants for dinner.”

Corsa’s amenities include work-from-home suites, yoga studio, fitness center, pickleball court, resort-style pool and patio, private theater, Skydeck Clubroom with views of the downtown Minneapolis skyline, open-air courtyards, pet spa, dog run and dedicated bike storage.

One stand-out feature of the project is local artist Adam Turman’s 220-by-40-foot mural on the parking garage, which depicts people in motion. Opus was the developer, design-builder, interior designer and architect and structural engineer of record.
