Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Austin Mudd as a vice president in Century City. He specializes in investment sales in Greater Los Angeles and San Diego. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Colliers in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for $70 million of transaction volume across over 250 multifamily units.
Over the course of his career, Austin Mudd has been involved in more than $600 million of commercial real estate transactions across multifamily, office, retail, self-storage, and industrial properties. His clients vary from high-net-worth family offices to institutional investment firms. He has multidisciplinary expertise across lending, acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales.
Austin graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining Kidder Matthews, Austin worked as an associate for both Arc Capital Partners and Colliers.
