The Class A complex is leased and managed by Greystar with initial move-ins underway.

Vero, a 199-unit, seven-story multifamily development in Tempe, Arizona, has been completed. The project, located at 651 E. 6th Street in Tempe’s Novus Innovation Corridor, was developed by Transwestern Development Company (TDC®) and its investment partners, Globe Corporation and University Realty.

Vero offers an array of sought-after amenities, including a resort-style pool with lounge area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a co-working space with conference rooms, a resident clubhouse with a pool table and wet bar, and secure bike storage. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with a washer and dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and hardwood-style flooring. Select units offer upgrades such as custom built-ins, balconies, and Murphy beds.

Vero enjoys a strategic location within the Novus Innovation Corridor, a 10 msf, 355-acre mixed-use development at Arizona State University’s’ Tempe campus. Nearby attractions include the vibrant Novus Place retail district, Mountain America Stadium, Desert Financial Arena, and Mullett Arena, a multi-purpose facility home to ASU Sun Devil men’s and women’s hockey, and host to university, community and entertainment events.

TDC currently has 3,666 multifamily units in pre-development, under construction, or in lease-up, including 1,275 units in the Southwest region.
