American Landmark Apartments, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the country, announces it has acquired Argyle Lake at Oakleaf Town Center, a 270-unit class A multifamily community in Jacksonville, Florida. This is their 27th property in Florida and fifth in the Jacksonville area.

“Seeing nearly 11 percent gains in new residents between April 2020 and February 2021 against the previous period, Jacksonville’s population growth has made it one of the most compelling markets in the Southeast,” said Christine DeFilippis, Chief Investment Officer of American Landmark. “The labor pool that comes with this rise in new households is part of a pattern where individuals from across the country and even within Florida are seeking areas with an excellent quality of life and large-scale employers to work with.”

Built in 2021, Argyle Lake at Oakleaf Town Center is located at 9849 Crosshill Boulevard. One-, two- and three-bedroom units include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood-inspired flooring, spacious laundry rooms and washer/dryer. Community amenities include a coffee bar, clubhouse and swimming pool with Wi-Fi, barbecue area and pet washing area.

Situated in the Chimney Lakes community of Jacksonville, the pet friendly community centers around Argyle Forest Boulevard and Cecil Commerce Center Parkway, giving residents a suburban feel yet offering only a 30-minute into Downtown Jacksonville.
