PCCP, LLC and The Bainbridge Companies, LLC are pleased to announce a joint venture for the ground-up development of Bainbridge Wesley Chapel, a 411-unit, Class A, garden-style apartment community located along State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel, Fla., a submarket of Tampa. The property’s first units are anticipated to be delivered in Q4 2024.

Situated on approximately 19 acres, Bainbridge Wesley Chapel will feature 411 units across six, four-story elevatored buildings and will offer a unit mix of 145, 820-square-foot (sf) one-bedroom units; 202, 1,237-sf two-bedroom units; and 64, 1,470-sf three-bedroom units. The units will offer residents high-end interior finishes including stone countertops in the kitchen areas, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, shaker cabinets, nine-foot ceilings, oversized walk-in-closets, smart thermostats, keyless entry, and vinyl plank flooring. Bainbridge Wesley Chapel is well-located in an affluent, highly sought-after area 20 miles north (35 minutes driving) of downtown Tampa, proximate to I-75 (the region’s major north/south thoroughfare) and State Road 56.
