CRG, a national real estate development and investment firm, and project partner Kenter Capital announced that pre-leasing has begun for Chapter at Eugene, a 12-story, 302-bed student housing development near the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon.
Chapter at Eugene is steps from key campus destinations, including the Erb Memorial Union (EMU), Knight Library and Student Recreation Center. Residents will also be close to the vibrant selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife throughout downtown.
“Campus-adjacent housing that provides top-tier amenities and neighborhood-serving retail is in high demand, and Chapter at Eugene delivers that for University of Oregon students in a big way,” said JJ Smith, executive vice president and partner for CRG’s residential group. “This modern, highly amenitized development meets students’ housing needs while enriching their social and academic lives, thanks to its prime location that bridges campus life and downtown conveniences.”
Designed by Seattle-based Jackson Main Architecture, the development is the 12th collaborative endeavor led by principals of CRG and Kenter Capital. John Hyland Construction Inc. of Springfield, Ore., is serving as general contractor.
