Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm, is pleased to announce Amy Siebert, CPM, has joined the company as vice president and regional property manager. Siebert will be based in San Antonio and oversee Draper and Kramer’s local properties: The View at Encino Commons, a 324-unit rental community, and Sonterra Blue, a 342-unit apartment property, both of which are located in the city’s popular Stone Oak area. Additionally, Siebert will be an important local resource for Draper and Kramer as the firm pursues additional acquisitions and builds its third-party management portfolio in the region.

“As a firm we see terrific opportunities in San Antonio and are committed to expanding our presence there, so it’s an incredible asset to have a seasoned pro like Amy on the ground for us,” said Julie Johnson, senior vice president and director of management services for Chicago-based Draper and Kramer. “Not only does she know the local market inside and out having spent more than 20 years working in the San Antonio area, but she also is an experienced industry veteran we can count on to lead our local team in delivering the high level of management services and operational efficiencies for which Draper and Kramer is known.”

Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Siebert spent nearly 10 years as vice president of sales and marketing/regional manager for Nolan Real Estate Services in San Antonio, overseeing lead generation, resident sentiment, reputation management and sales and marketing strategy. Other past experience includes nearly five years as business manager for Pinnacle, where she successfully managed multiple San Antonio residential properties through an ownership transition and also oversaw interior and exterior renovation projects.

“It’s really a perfect fit to be able to bring my specific skill set, firsthand knowledge of this area and connections in San Antonio to Draper and Kramer as the firm continues to seek out opportunities in this market,” said Siebert. “I have tremendous respect for Draper and Kramer’s reputation nationally and look forward to being an important part of the company’s team here in Texas.”

A member of the National Apartment Association, the San Antonio Apartment Association and the Houston Apartment Association, Siebert is also active with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and currently serves as chairman of IREM San Antonio’s special events committee. Siebert has completed coursework in business, management and marketing at San Antonio College and also studied communication and media studies at Del Mar College.
