This research about preferences regarding the family yard is important for Realtors to know as they usher clients through the buying and selling process.
According to the study:
- 91 percent of Americans have a yard
- Nearly 9 in 10 say it is important to have a living landscape and grass at their home
- More than 2/3 enjoy taking care of their yards
