CBRE announced the sale of Hanover Cambridge Park located at 80 Cambridge Park Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Guardian Life.
CBRE Capital Markets’ multihousing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, The Hanover Company, and procured the buyer, Guardian Life.
