The Opus Group (Opus) said the leasing office is now open for Cadence Broomfield by Cogir, a three-story, 165-unit senior living development at 4275 West 121st Avenue in Broomfield, Colorado.

Cadence Broomfield by Cogir is in a growing area midway between Denver and Boulder with convenient access to Interstate 25. The location provides easy access to transportation, retail, healthcare and trail systems. Future plans include a walking path connecting the development to Country Vista Park.
