Multifamily Ancillary Group (MAG), the industry leader in revenue-generating ancillary services for multifamily owners and managers, has continued its momentum announcing the addition of Marcelino “Tito” Estrada as its Regional Vice President.
Estrada brings more than 20 years of proven success uncovering new business opportunities. The expansion and hire of Tito Estrada will help MAG grow its capabilities in order to serve more customers, according to Annie McClinton, Vice President of MAG.
“MAG has delivered unparalleled service to over 250,000 multifamily units to date,” says McClinton. “The addition of Mr. Estrada will allow MAG to exceed these numbers in 2018, while upholding our loyalty to new and existing clients.”
Alongside fellow telecom veteran Gregg Roffers, Estrada will serve as Regional Vice President of MAG. Estrada will be based in Houston.
“MAG is bolstering its team of tenured ancillary, revenue share management, telecommunication and utility cost recovery specialists to allow us to enhance the services that we have been providing to our multifamily community partners for more than a decade,” continues McClinton. “Based on our expanding presence throughout the U.S., we continue to recruit an expanding team of experts who are knowledgeable in both telecommunications and utility recovery. With Mr. Estrada’s expertise, we will be able to provide our current and potential Clients with top-quality service throughout the nation.”
In his new role, Estrada will spearhead telecom and cable contract negotiations, project management, utility billing and recovery, client relations, and business development.
Estrada notes, “After spending nearly half of my life working in this industry, I’ve established worthwhile connections with my Client base. I plan to utilize the relationships and breadth of knowledge I’ve built during my extensive telecom career to assist in MAG’s continued growth.”
Prior to joining MAG, Estrada worked for several major telecom providers, most recently as a National Sales Executive with AT&T. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal, gaining leadership, courage and integrity. Additionally, Estrada attended the University of New Orleans with a concentration in Communications.
