Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, announced it has promoted Paul Waterloo to the role of managing partner and Harrison Pinkus to the role of managing director. To support the firm’s continued growth, Interra has also hired Joe Braun as a director and Andrew Stassi as an associate.

Before joining Interra, Paul Waterloo was a sales executive with ADP. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
Harrison Pinkus has brokered or assisted with multiple middle-market multifamily transactions since joining Interra in 2018. Among his most recent deals are the $1.14 million sale of a five-unit vintage apartment building in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood and the $2.34 million sale of an eight-unit turnkey asset in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood.

Prior to joining Interra, Braun opened and successfully managed a car dealership for six years. In addition, he previously worked as a real estate broker with Hansen Realty, Inc. A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Braun graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
